Task Centre

The Task Centre is one of the suite of SKS office software packages to aid productivity and information management within organisations.

The Task Centre can be used as a stand alone product or as part of an integrated software solution with existing corporate databases or, for sophisticated and complete integration, with one of the suite of companion SKS products.

The base functionality of the Task Centre includes:

  • Creation of specific tasks that can be routed to a single or multiple users and either concurrently or in a specific order;
  • The capacity to add documents to a task (e.g. for document routing);
  • Creation of task templates (i.e. for common tasks that are routed through the same individuals or groups of individuals;
  • Integration with other SKS products to provide a single of source to access task information (e.g. where a complaint is received through SKS Complaints Manager, it is also displayed for attention in SKS Task centre)
  • Capacity to integrate with an entities intranet to display daily how many tasks are overdue, how many tasks are due today etc.
  • Routing of tasks to individuals or to positions;
  • Email reminders and/or web reminders
