Property Manager

- Provides a structured environment in which to track and manage outgoings;
- Provides a structured environment in which to manage maintenance contracts;
- Provides a capacity for staff to lodge notifications of building service issues and building hazards e.g. faulty lights, power supply etc;
- Provides a mechanism for managing work allocations to maintenance workers;
- Provides a mechanism for managing the identification and tracking of capital works requirements;
- Provides outstanding search and retrieval capability using a myriad of different criteria that can be mixed and matched to filter results;
- Provides for accountability through a wealth of text based reporting.
The solution is web based and uses a Microsoft standard platform (.Net2/SQL).
